What happens next
Open the file you downloaded
Look in your Downloads folder for RemoteShield_Setup.exe and double-click it. Most browsers also show it at the bottom of the screen or in the top-right corner — you can click it there.
Follow the simple installer
Windows may ask for permission to make changes — that's normal. Click Yes, then follow the prompts. It takes about a minute.
You're protected
RemoteShield starts working straight away and runs quietly in the background — blocking remote-access tools like AnyDesk and TeamViewer before a scammer can connect. No setup, no technical knowledge needed.
